Taking a holistic and remedial approach to massage. Evidence based research and lived life experience drive my practice. I hope to provide an accepting, trauma informed space, I use a range of advanced sports and remedial techniques that work with fascia, muscle tissue, movement, balance, pain and breathing. My knowledge is forever growing thank you to my mentors and the clients who share their knowledge and experiences with me. I am currently in supervision and a large part of my continued professional learning is under the supervision of an Osteopath. I am a massage training institute (MTI) registered practitioner – check out the link https://www.massagetraining.co.uk/ and a complimentary and natural healthcare council (CHNC) registered practitioner – https://www.cnhc.org.uk/.
My certificates include a level 5 diploma in remedial sports massage, BSc animal behaviour and emergency first aid for outdoors. I have enjoyed over 4 years experience in the industry. My own movement practices in circus, rock climbing/bouldering, boxing and many other sports, drives my curiosity about the body and it’s capacity to adapt. Feel free to get in touch if you have any access needs or questions regarding Covid-19 protocol or my practice.
